Every boat starts with two months of Premium free: nothing to enter, no card. After that, one yearly price for the whole boat.
Renews every year until you cancel (from the receipt Paddle sends, or by writing to us). Plus any applicable taxes, shown at checkout. The licence outlasts the paid year by fourteen days, so a late renewal never locks the boat out.

Questions
Does every crew member have to pay?
No. One purchase covers the whole boat: every phone paired to it gets Premium, and a phone that joins later gets it through the sync.
What happens when the year ends?
The subscription renews unless you cancelled it. Without a renewal the app keeps working on every phone, with everything already in it; after two weeks of grace only the sharing features stop - sync, the family map and the exports.
Does Premium need a connection?
Only to buy it. The licence is kept on the phones and checked there, so Premium works at sea; the family map, of course, posts only when there is a connection.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of a purchase, no questions asked: write to us with the receipt Paddle sent. The refund policy says how.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: two months of Premium from the day the boat is set up, with nothing to enter. When it ends the app keeps working with everything in it; sync, the family map and the exports wait for a licence.
