If Boat Budget Premium did not work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of the purchase, no questions asked: write to us (Get in touch) with the receipt Paddle sent, or its transaction number. We refund the full amount through Paddle, to the payment method used; the licence is withdrawn when the refund is made.
A renewal is refundable in the same way, within 14 days of the renewal payment.
After 14 days there is no refund for the year in progress, but you can cancel at any time - from the receipt Paddle sent, or by writing to us - which stops the next renewal; the licence runs to the end of the paid year.
Where the consumer law of your country gives you more than this, it applies.
